As we prepare for the 25th anniversary in June of the Jodi Huisentruit abduction, we are excited to welcome podcaster and Austin, Minnesota, radio host Scott Fuller to our FindJodi.com team.
Scott has devoted season 3 of his Frozen Truth podcast to the search for answers in what happened to Jodi, and he has been a strong supporter of our mission to help bring Jodi home. Scott is a consummate professional in all things audio and audio production. And as a bonus, has an excellent voice for his podcasting efforts. He’s easy to listen to and is meticulous when it comes to editing audio.
Outside of the the podcast, Scott has been in professional radio for 15 years, currently as a host and content manager for KAUS-AM. He was in print media several years before.
Much more than a podcaster and radio professional
A unique factor we love about Scott is that he’s a tireless researcher. He can take a mountain of data and parse it very quickly. While he doesn’t have a deep journalistic background like some of us on the team, he brings an amazing set of researching tools to the table. And we’re excited to put those abilities to work.
Scott says:
“Jodi’s disappearance has become personal for me as I’ve investigated it over the years, and I may never have heard about it were it not for FindJodi. This team has done so much to keep Jodi’s case alive, and I’m very excited to become a part of it. I’m looking forward to bringing my own experience with the case to this tireless group of professionals. Hopefully we’ll be able to find some answers together.”
The FindJodi Official Podcast
Another very exciting announcement we want to make today is that Scott will be leading the development of our of very own podcast. This will be an official podcast from FindJodi.com, Inc. and will launch prior to the 25th anniversary of Jodi’s abduction.
The details are in the works as to the branding, title, frequency and overall content structure, but our team is busy working those details out. Be sure to subscribe to the newsletter (or the right sidebar of this page) to be reminded when we launch the new podcast.
With Scott at the helm, we know we will deliver you the best quality, most in-depth audio coverage related to the Jodi Huisentruit investigation.
More on Scott’s profile
We have been impressed with Scott’s diligence, sensitivity and great storytelling as he’s covered the mystery of what happened to Jodi. We are grateful to have someone of Scott’s caliber helping us on the ground in the same broadcast news market where Jodi worked and was abducted.
Scott described his interest in Jodi’s case in this 2018 profile by KARE-11’s Karla Hult.
In his new role as part of FindJodi.com, Scott will no longer produce new episodes on Jodi for his Frozen Truth podcasts, but he will continue podcasts on his other cases.
We are thrilled to have Scott on board and look forward to how he can help our team get closer to our ultimate goal – which is to Find Jodi.
