The Organization
FindJodi.com was developed in 2003 when former Television News Director Gary Peterson and News Anchor Josh Benson worked together at KAAL-TV (Austin, Minnesota) in 2002. Gary and Josh had a similar interest in missing person cases. They both saw an opportunity to work on one of the biggest missing person cases in the Midwest: the disappearance of KIMT-TV (Mason City, Iowa) News Anchor Jodi Huisentruit.
FindJodi.com gained popularity as more and more people searched for information about Jodi’s disappearance. The website has thousands of visitors monthly. Hundreds of visitors make it a daily stop to read forum posts and new articles related to the Huisentruit case.
In October of 2010, FindJodi.com, Inc. was established as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in an attempt to continue to educate the public about Jodi’s case as well as other missing persons. FindJodi.com, Inc. operates strictly on the team’s personal funding and donations. All donations are extremely appreciated.
In the last few years, FindJodi.com, Inc. has grown into strong team of professionals. Read more about each member by clicking on their photograph. Thank you for your support.
