Don Harman
FindJodi.com has learned that Don Harman, a Kansas City meteorologist at Fox 4, took his own life Tuesday night. Harman’s family and Fox 4 have released very little information surrounding his death.
The FindJodi.com forum has received several postings since the news of Harman’s death. FindJodi.com urges all visitors to its website to use extreme caution while posting information regarding Harman and his connection to Jodi Huisentruit. According to a former co-worker, Harman was the evening meteorologist at KIMT-TV in Mason City, Iowa Huisentruit when Huisentruit was abducted from the parking lot of her apartment while she was on her way to work in June 1995. Harman worked with Huisentruit on the morning show prior to her disappearance.
There has been much speculation through online sources as those posting information attempt to link Huisentruit’s death to Harman’s apparent suicide.
FindJodi.com believes that everyone should temper their desire in trying to establish some sort of connection between Harman’s death and Huisentruit’s disappearance unless a formal statement from either Kansas City Police or Mason City Police investigators is made. Currently, there has been no such statement.
