FindJodi Podcast expands to YouTube, bringing Jodi’s case to new audience

FindJodi has released more than 30 podcast episodes on YouTube, expanding access to in-depth reporting on the unsolved abduction of KIMT-TV news anchor Jodi Huisentruit.

As part of FindJodi’s ongoing effort to broaden awareness and inform new audiences about Jodi’s case, podcast host Scott Fuller and FindJodi Team Member Brian Wise collaborated to bring the series to YouTube.

The podcast series explores the earliest days of the investigation, examines people of interest, and features insights from those who knew Jodi personally – along with extensive case reporting and analysis.

If you are new to Jodi Huisentruit’s case, you can get up to speed through FindJodi.com, subscribing to our bulletin, or listening to the podcast on YouTube or other platforms.

FindJodi is a nonprofit founded in 2003 by Minnesota television journalists Gary Peterson and Josh Benson. Our mission is to keep Jodi’s case in the public spotlight, provide original reporting on the investigation, and serve as a clearinghouse for accurate information and accept tips.

It’s time to bring Jodi home to Long Prairie, Minnesota.

Brian Wise

Brian is a Denver native and photojournalist with nearly 15 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Colorado Mesa University. He discovered photography at West Anchorage High School and built a strong media foundation through college reporting, sports broadcasting, and a public affairs internship before joining KAAL-TV in Rochester, Minnesota, in 2016. There, he has covered major stories across Southeastern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, including presidential visits, Mayo Clinic research, and high-profile court cases. Brian’s interest in the Jodi Huisentruit case began with the 48 Hours FindJodi special and deepened during the pandemic through investigative reporting and podcasts, driven by his belief that Jodi’s family deserves answers. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures, travel, time with loved ones, and his cat, Mickey, and he holds a Wilderness First Aid certification.
