As expected, a Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, judge has sealed a search warrant in the Jodi Huisentruit investigation for another year.
In March, the FindJodi.com team first revealed the existence of the March 2017 warrant seeking GPS data on two vehicles connected to a friend of Jodi’s, John Vansice.
The vehicles were manufactured after Jodi was abducted in June 1995 on her way to anchor the morning news at KIMT-TV in Mason City, Iowa.
At the time, the search warrant was sealed at the request of the Cerro Gordo County Attorney Carlyle Dalen and resealed in October 2017 for a year.
Last week, Dalen confirmed to FindJodi’s co-founder Josh Benson via phone that they had every intention to reseal the documents for another year.
