Jodi Huisentruit’s sister, JoAnn Nathe, along with several of Jodi’s friends and former coworkers at KIMT-TV, were among the people interviewed for the 48 Hours show, “FindJodi.”
The episode aired Saturday night on CBS.
Jodi’s family released this statement Sunday night about the show, appealing for help to bring Jodi home.
“The team at 48 Hours did a phenomenal job job on Saturday’s episode. As one family member said, it could not have been better, and we agree.
A special thanks to all who took time to participate in this show. We sincerely appreciate it.
We were very impressed at how Jodi’s true personality was revealed. Those who knew her know that she was that bubbly, vivacious and friendly in person. She believed in living each day to the fullest, and her favorite phrase was “I love life!”
Like any family member, we now hope that, with the airing of this episode, more significant tips will come in that could lead to solving this case.
If you are hesitant to call, please put yourself in our shoes and consider what it would be like to experience the agony of losing such a beloved family member.
The unknowns of the case make the loss much harder to bear.
Please help us bring our Jodi home.”
