Who believes they know..........

Note: No names to be suggested in this thread.

Who believes they know who abducted Jodie and perhaps why they did it?

'The Cat' believes he does but he can't say who and that is understandable. And as he said he could be wrong too.

However many here have followed this case for a very long time and others have most likely been in a position to pick up 'inside gossip.'

Now, I am well aware we can't have any names so no names!

But if anyone has a strong hunch, a gut feeling or a suspect from old fashioned investigating then you might like to post something like.......

'I have a strong hunch on who did it and I'm 80% sure I'm right.'

Surely LE has had a suspect at some stage of the investigation.

Time for a bump.

A couple of posters here believe they know who abducted Jodi. One of them, the cat, believes he knows who and why.

Amy Kuns, who worked with Jodi has had her suspicions since day one.

For some strange reason the MCPD can't even name a POI. Why can't they?

I hate to sound sarcastic on a topic I care about, but maybe MCPD has a long term strategy they will wait another 14 years and really put the pressure on the POI.

I think I should redirect the question I posed originally:

Who believes they know who abducted Jodie and perhaps why they did it?

Now, Josh and Gary, you guys know a lot about this case even if it might not be quite as much as the MCPD.

Do either of you have strong suspicion of who did this?

Or a strong suspicion of why it happened.

Naturally I'm not looking for names or anything equally silly but rather on where you stand after years of involvement in this case.

I wish I could sort out the POI's and come up with a bold statement like: "I know who killed her and why" but I don't have that information that I would take to the bank.

I will tell you of my personal "gut" feeling that could be credible at some future point in time. I keep going back to the information that has come from people I trust and respect.

1. I have three suspects in mind bases on confidential information.

2. these people have never been mentioned on this website, (to the best of my knowledge).

3. I have never heard these names mentioned by law enforcement

4.There is a fourth person who is weak as far as being a POI.

I have done interviews that have never been posted here because of confidentiality and that is what is bringing me in certain directions. Of the two people that need to be looked at I would say are the "high percentage" area. These each had opportunity, and motive, albeit if in their mind only.

Thanks Gary; fascinating stuff.

It's back to the drawing board for me. I'm not even warm in the search for a suspect.

Sixties ~ I think you wrote this earlier:

"Gary's well intentioned and thought provoking post highlights what I just posted in another thread.

I have a dark horse from way out of left field.
How shall I say it?
Let's see, gender: female. Didn't do the physical abduction but was the brains behind it"

You obviously had a thought...did you drop this line of thinking?

Gary, interesting post. Have you ever discussed these names with LE? If not this would be a great way of testing how open an "Active Investigation" is. One thing you had mentioned in a previous post, was the interview you had with Lanee Goode. Do you know if the police ever interviewed her?

Have you ever approached LE about opening the files to you and Josh recently, fourteen years of nothing concrete should be consideration enough to try something new on their part and could open the door to possible new direction.

Vinny's post deserves a bump.

Where does Lanee Goode fit into the scheme of things?
