I was wondering what motivates people to this site. 

I never knew Jodi, but I remember the news stories the day she was abducted and it stuck with me. It bothered me that this woman would be taken for some unknown reason. As many here I'm sure, I discovered this site by accident and seeing her face every time I click on it reminds me of why I'm here. I thought that in some small way I could help find her, I still hope that eventually I will, if not, someone else will. Even if it is someone who actually knows what happened to her directly or indirectly. Funny thing about a conscience sometimes it takes seemingly forever to admit something, sometimes it never strikes that person ever. They take it to their grave, where I hope and pray someone is waiting on the other side to make them pay forever.

I check in here nearly every day because I truly believe in the integrity and the abilities of the investigators. I also visit FindJodi because complete injustice of the situation really bothers me. I think law enforcement was slow to respond initially, then took off in the wrong direction almost immediately, blinded by Jodi's celebrity status. As a result, witnesses weren't interviewed (the jogger), valuable evidence was lost to time (from certain vehicles) and the murderer is living free. This is so wrong! The worst part is I can't believe there's not someone out there who doesn't know something that could really help. After 18 years, isn't it time for others to stop covering up for the guy who did this?

You would think so Tomahawk, wouldn't you. It's hard to believe that this kind of person kept this quiet and said nothing even to someone he considered a close friend. If he did say something, what kind of person would keep it a secret this long.

Vinny, I come here for the same reasons... I remember hearing about the case when it first happened and have come back to it often over the years....I will continue to do so until it is solved...Ive come to this site on and off for the past few years and had an astrologer do a chart once on Jodi's case....I hope one day the truth about what happened comes to light...

I feel the same as You Vinny and also Rachel....I always get drawn back to the site and keep Jodi & family in My prayers for Justice!

 

Rachel....I've read that Astrology report on Jodi,  Numerous times, and Still find it Very Interesting...Jodi's story seems to connect with the stars!!

It is amazing how closely the astrology report follows what really happened (as far as we know).  Kind of made me think outside of the box as far as the questions I had before.  Like maybe the  scene around the car was staged. I think it said something like that in the report. Maybe the guy that did it was really with her all night and made it look like someone abducted her when she went to her car.

I'm here often, mostly reading and watching. I'm driven here because I know someday Jodi will get to come home and the case will be solved.  All it takes is one person to do the right thing and the final chapter can be written and the book closed on the case. The family and friends deserve it.
