I recently went to Mason City and did a search/look around. I had not gone last year with the floods. Since I got back I have been so busy I haven't had time to get all the informaion together.

However, I can tell you that July is not the month to search because of the over growth of tall weeds. I took pictures of areas I had searched before and can now see in comparison how tall they can get in a wet year. Taking that into account I realized that who ever might have dumped her body some where or buried her (if they did) would have had the same problem with tall grass and weeds.

Late fall is not a good time to look because of the probability of getting accidently shot by a deer hunter!

I went a little different route this time and did find a possible site that could be researched and searched before hunting season. If I was directed to the right place by who knows what it could be an interesting discovery or another dead end.
