Just watched the 20/20 on this case and wanted to know about Randy Linderman. He says he saw a white van as he passed by her apartment. This struck me as highly suspicious. I’ve watched a good bit of crime mysteries and they often say the perp tries to get involved in the investigation.

It really seems odd that someone would notice a random vehicle in a random apartment complex.

And what a good way to throw investigators off by having them all looking for a white van.

Im will to bet Randy had a white truck. The truck seen stalking her.

I think Randy is the guy who did it.

I agree. I also found it very odd that he reported that he saw this white van because:

1) He didn't live at the complex, so why would he notice a random vehicle in a random parking lot and

2) He obviously reported his sighting several hours later (since he supposedly saw the van around 4am and no one knew Jodi was missing until after 7am), so who is to say that his memory is correct and the van was where he said it was? It could have been a van in any parking lot. Heck, can we even be sure the van he remembered was even a sighting from that day?
