I remember I was about 10 years old visiting my grandparents in Forest City when the Jodi story was all over the news channels. I have always wondered after all these years what happened to her. I have been watching cold case stories, murder mysteries for decades. What is the motivation to kill is the number one question? If they were out to abduct a 20 something woman for sexual pleasure, why 4:30 in the morning? Who are you going to find then? They would more than likely be searching for intoxicated indivuals between 10pm and 3 where the abduction is easier. If this was well thought out why would they have left evidence around her car. The 4:30 in the morning leads me to believe she knew the individual. The white van does seem very suspcious because it is an odd vehicle in a parking lot, could be unloading packages, picking up garbage, or the cleaning company. What is more suspicious is a car with its lights off flying out of a parking lot at that time in the morning. Most people at the time in the morning are slow to leave the driveway because the sun hasn't even come up yet. >
