I am a new poster but not new to the case,or the forum.i have followed this case from day one as i lived in mason city my whole life,until recently.my hope is to keep this forum active and maybe figure this thing out.it seems like from day one all we ever heard was about the white van.not saying if the van was involved or not,but i did have a friend who lived next door to jodi who told be he heard a bump on the wall which woke him up.he looked outside and saw a dark suv or truck type vehicle pull up close to the building.he said he told LE several times what he saw but they didn't really seem very interested.makes me wonder if the investigation didn't start off in the wrong direction.just saying.
