Who would no that Jodi resided at 550 N Kentucky. Someone who was close to her would. Or maybe someone even casually acquainted with her. But I also think about this: Was Jodi's address listed in the phone book? If her address was listed in the phone book, this would widen the number of potential suspects to an overwhelmingly large number. I don't put a whole lot of faith in the stalker theory, but if an obsessed fan watched her newscast every morning, then perhaps it wouldn't be too unreasonable to learn her schedule and what time she went to work. 

It would be helpful to obtain a 1995 Mason City phone book, or city directory. R. L. Polk and Co was or possibly still is one of the largest producers of city directories. Often times, you can find these at antique stores or flea markets. This would confirm weather or not Jodi's address was published. The directory could prove helpful in other ways also, such as types of business in the city.  

Also, What church did Jodi attend? Did police interview anyone from her church? It was said that someone from her church became acquainted with Jodi and possibly knew where she lived.
