Case Beginner
June 9, 2013

As I look back at some of the posts and seeing this story in the news, I start having more questions running through my mind. After looking up the Jodi's address on Google maps, I can't understand how the nearby campground couldn't be considered to be a factor in this case. The wooded area between her apartment and the campground compounded by the new moon phase could have provided excellent concealment for someone that could be stalking her. The abductor could have been camping and scoping the situation out and maybe the time change in her daily routine might have lead to another opportunity for the abductor. The getaway could have been so easy as pulling away from the campground with her still inside, even days later. Was the campground guest list, along with the visitors investigated? The campgrounds are in some of their busiest times between Memorial Day and the July 4 holidays. Think of all the traffic and how much weaker the investigation would be if the investigators couldn't spend as much time in the campground as needed due to trying to cover as much area as possible in little time. The abductor(s) could have been a recent camper that could have had her routine already. Maybe a local.
